Instituti Demokratik i Kosovës (KDI), në bashkëpunim me Komisionin për Ekonomi, Industri, Ndërmarrësi dhe Tregti, kanë organizuar diskutimin publik me temën “Barrierat tregtare mes Kosovës dhe Serbisë”.
Ministrja e Industrisë, Ndërmarrësisë dhe Tregtisë, Rozeta Hajdari tha se Kosova ende vazhdon që të trajtohet e pabarabartë karshi Serbisë. Sipas saj, është e papranueshme që ende vendi në CEFTA prezantohet përmes UNMIK-ut, duke shtuar se për këtë çështje dhe i janë drejtuar me një kërkesë këtij institucioni.
Kur foli për reciprocitetin tregtar me Serbinë, ajo tha se duhet ende punë që t’i përgatisin institucionet nëse duan që ta aplikojnë një masë të tillë.
Hajdari pohon se reciprocitet duhet të ketë edhe në politikë jo veç në çështje tregtare, duke shtuar se me çdo instrument do të mbrohen prodhuesit vendës.
“Kosova duhet të luajë rol konstruktiv në dialogun bilateral. Kosova nuk është e përfaqësuar ashtu siç duhet. Pse Kosova nuk ka kërkuar largimin e UNMIK përmes CEFTA-s. Kosova prezantohet përmes UNMIK-ut. Ne ende jemi në pritje të CEFTA-s që do të adresojë letrën tonë. Ne do të vazhdojmë të insistojmë që Kosova të trajtohet barabartë. Dhe kjo letër që kemi drejtuar është dërguar në shtator, e cila ka pasur me reagime nga Serbia”.
“Kosova ka përparësi që do të ketë mundësi të mos pajtohet për vendimet që merren në CEFTA. Nëse Kosova nuk trajtohet barabartë dhe prezantohet përmes UNMIK sa kemi llogari të marrim pjesë në CEFTA. Nëse ndalim produktet e Serbisë ku do të ndalen kamionët. Ne na duhet punë t’i përgatisim institucionet nëse duam aplikim të reciprocitetit”.
“Qeveria është e zotuar që çdo instrument të mbron prodhuesin tonë te marrë me evidencë të plotë. Unë reciprocitetin e shoh përfaqësimin e Kosovës edhe në politikë jo vetëm çështja tregtare”.
Kryetari i Komisionit, Ferat Shala tha se barrierat tregtare ndërmjet të dy vendeve janë rritur së fundi edhe më shumë, prandaj edhe një diskutim i tillë do të mund të shërbente në gjetjen e ndonjë zgjidhje.
Përfaqësuesja e KDI-së, Violeta Haxholli tha se në vazhdimësi kanë ofruar asistencë për Kuvendin për të fuqizuar rolin ndaj dialogut Kosovë-Serbi.
Ndonëse tha se kompanitë kosovare po dëmtohen shumë nga barrierat e shtetit fqinjë, ajo ka kërkuar që temat ekonomike mos të jenë pjesë e përplasjeve politike, raporton Ekonomia Online.“Çështja e barrierave mes dy vendeve ka qenë gjithmonë temë. Çështja e raporteve Kosovë-Serbi ka qenë ndër temat që spektri politik nuk ka gjetur dakordim. Aktualisht nuk ka reciprocitete dhe kompanitë hasin sfida. Kosova ka aplikuar masa mbrojtëse ndaj Serbisë në vitin 2011”.

Tani kemi Qeveri të re e cila ka deklaruar se do të vendos reciprocitet tregtar me Serbinë, por ende nuk ka vendim. Ministrja ka paralajmëruar që do të hetohen produkte që po hyjnë nga Serbia. Ajo çfarë kemi evidentuar është që kjo temë të mos bëhet temë e përplasjeve politike”.
