“Edhe një herë dua t’ju them publikisht se praktikisht nuk kemi asnjë lidhje me acarimin e marrëdhënieve tona. Ne kemi ndjekur një politikë të qartë, të kuptueshme për popullin ukrainas. Unë ende i qëndroj asaj politike. Ne jemi të afërm, jemi fqinjë… Dhe e ardhmja jonë duhet të zhvillohet në atë mënyrë, si vende fqinjë”, ka theksuar ai.
Deklaratat se Bjellorusia është gati të sulmojë Ukrainën, u përgënjeshtruan nga Presidenti i Bjellorusisë.

Kthimi i trupave ruse
Duke folur për kthimin e trupave ruse në Rusi pas stërvitjeve të përbashkëta ushtarake të zhvilluara në Ukrainë, presidenti bjellorus, Lukashenko, tha se datat e kthimit do të përcaktohen kur ai dhe Presidenti i Rusisë të vendosin se kur të përfundojnë stërvitjet.
Në të njëjtën kohë, ai kujtoi se amerikanët po transferojnë mijëra forca të armatosura në Poloni dhe shtetet baltike.

Kujtojmë se stërvitjet e përbashkëta ushtarake të Rusisë dhe Bjellorusisë “Përcaktimi Aleat” do të mbahen nga 10 deri më 20 shkurt. Në stërvitje do të simulohen kundërvënia dhe zmbrapsjes së agresionit të jashtëm, si dhe luftimi kundër terrorizmit dhe mbrojtjes së interesave të shtetit federal.
Përfaqësuesit e Rusisë dhe Bjellorusisë kanë deklaruar vazhdimisht se manovrat janë të natyrës mbrojtëse dhe nuk rrezikojnë askënd.
