Qeveria e Kosovës ka miratuar koncept-dokumentin për zhvillimin e procesit të vettingut në sistemin e drejtësisë.
Kryeministri i vendit, Albin Kurti po e konsideron këtë ditë të veçantë, derisa ka thënë se po jetësohet vettingu, ku do të tregojë gjendjen aktuale të institucioneve të drejtësisë.
Kurti tha se vendin për 20 vjet me radhë e ka munduar mungesa e drejtësisë, e që sipas tij, me vettingun kjo do të rregullohet.
“Nëse ka diçka që na ka munduar kë së shumti këto 20 vite është mungesa e drejtësisë. Shpeshherë nuk është ndarë drejtësi e mirëfilltë. Lirinë e kemi fituar, por tash duhet ta institucionalizojmë përmes drejtësisë, gjyqësor duhet të jetë i pavarur në përmbajtje”.
“Gjyqësor është gardiani më i mirë i çfarëdo tendencë demokratike të vendit. Qeveria jonë është angazhuar në reformimin e sistemit të drejtësisë. Në mënyrë që sistemin prokurorial të veprojë drejtë është e domosdoshme që të ketë njerëz profesional”.
“Është ditë e veçantë se po e bëjmë hapin jetësor për jetësimin e vettingut, ku do ta tregojë gjendjen aktuale brenda institucioneve të drejtësisë”.
Ministrja e Drejtësisë, Albulena Haxhiu tha se me procesin e vettingut do të kthehet besimi i qytetarëve te institucionet e vendit, raporton EO.
