Presidenti i Francës në sfondin e marshimit të trupave ruse theksoi rëndësinë e formatit të Normandisë. Gjermania dhe Franca në këtë kuadër konsultohen bashkë me Ukrainën dhe Rusinë. Bisedimet fillojnë të mërkurën (26.01) në Paris, sipas Macron takimi pasues do të mbahet në Gjermani.
